Annual $100 fee to enroll into membership, one year commitment. No pressure or fine print.
Enroll and save. You choose the amount depending on your desired treatments and product budget. (Most patients choose $100-200/ month)
Automatically receive 10% off all tox and products every treatment. When you come in for your quarterly tox, it is basically paid for.
Birthday Month receives 40% on your favorite product or $100 off a filler or ANY service other than tox.
CHERRY FINANCING
At Columbia Shores we offer payment plans on all services. With no hard credit check and as low as 0% interest for 24-months you can TREAT NOW, PAY LATER.
Once you have applied we will automatically receive notice of application and you can book and start treatment right away.
